  • Surrey
  • Full time

Carry out day-to-day repairs and upkeep in supported living homes, residential lets and commercial buildings.

The work

  • General repairs, joinery and making good
  • Minor plumbing and fitting jobs
  • Working around residents and support staff with care
  • Leaving every job clean and reporting back to the office

About you

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a building trade
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Reliable, tidy and good with people

  • Full time or subcontract

Interior decorating for occupied homes and empty properties being prepared for the next tenant.

The work

  • Preparing, filling and painting walls, ceilings and woodwork
  • Working room by room in occupied homes
  • Void turnaround decorating to a deadline
  • Touching in and cleaning down at the end of each job

About you

  • Experience in domestic or commercial decorating
  • A good eye for finish and preparation
  • Own transport and tools
  • Happy to work in shared and supported homes
